<![CDATA[ Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penghargaan intrinsik dan ekstrinsik terhadap guru yang bekerja melalui komitmen organisasi, populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru dan karyawan ketiga sekolah yaitu MTs Maarif 19 orang; SMA Muallimin 17 orang, dan SMK YPM 12 Tuban 53 orang, jadi total populasi 89 orang. Seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian (sensus). Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis bagian dengan program SPSS 17 versi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah; (1) Imbalan intrinsik mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi; (2) Imbalan ekstrinsik mempengaruhi komitmen Organisasi; (3) Imbalan intrinsik mempengaruhi kinerja guru; (4) Imbalan ekstrinsik mempengaruhi kerja guru; (5) Komitmen organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja guru.Kata Kunci: Imbalan Intrinsik dan Ekstrinsik, Komitmen dan Kerja The aim of the research is for analyzing the influence of Intrinsic and extrinsic reward to the teachers working through the organization commitment, the population of the research were all teachers and staffs of the three school, they were MTs Maarif 19 people; SMA Muallimin 17 people, and SMK YPM 12 Tuban 53 people, so the total of population 89 people. All the population member was taken into the research sample (sensus). The data of the research was analyzed using a part analysis with SPSS 17 program version. The conclusion of the research are; (1) Intrinsic reward influenced the commitment of the organization; (2) Extrinsic reward influenced the commitment of the Organization; (3) Intrinsic reward influenced the teachers’ working; (4) Extrinsic reward influenced the teacher’ working; (5) the commitment of the organization influenced the teacher’ working.Keywords: Intrinsict and Extrinsict rewards, Commitment and Working ]]>
