ABSTRAK Penduduk Indonesia wajib menjadi peserta jaminan kesehatan yang dikelolaoleh BPJS, di RSUD Mentawai separuh dari peserta BPJS tidak memanfaatkan BPJS dalam memperoleh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan oleh peserta BPJS di instalasi rawat jalan RSUD Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. RSUD Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai selama 10 hari. Populasi berjumlah 187 orang dengan sampel 72 orang yang diambil secara accedental sampling. Analisa data dilakukan secara bertahap yaitu analisa univariat dan bivariat. Lebih dari separuh (62,5%) peserta BPJS tidak memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan, Lebih dari separoh responden (65,3%) yang memiliki pendidikan rendah lebih banyak, Lebih dari separuh (65,3%) peserta BPJS memiliki sikap negatif, Lebih dari separuh (62,5%) peserta BPJS fasilitas kesehatan masih tergolong buruk, lebih dari separuh (62,5%) peserta BPJS mengatakan perilaku petugas kesehatan masih kurang baik di RSUD Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan Terdapat hubungan antara sikap dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan oleh peserta BPJS di RSUD Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai. Terdapat hubungan antara fasilitas kesehatan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan oleh peserta BPJS di RSUD Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai. Terdapat hubungan antara perilaku petugas kesehatan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan oleh peserta BPJS di RSUD Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai. Kata Kunci: Puskesmas BPJS, Pendidikan, Sikap, Fasilitas Kesehatan, Perilaku Petugas Kesehatan  ABSTRACTIndonesian citizens are required to become health insurance participants managed by BPJS, in Mentawai District Hospital half of BPJS participants do not utilize BPJS in obtaining health care facilities. This study can be concluded that there is a relationship between attitude and utilization of health services by BPJS participants in the Mentawai Islands District Hospital. There is a relationship between health facilities and the utilization of health services by BPJS participants in Mentawai Islands District Hospital.
