PROSPEK DAN TANTANGAN BANTUAN MODAL USAHA BAZNAS TERHADAP USAHA MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH

AbstrakPenelitian ini berjudul Prospek Dan Tantangan Bantuan Modal Usaha Baznas Terhadap Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Di Kabupaten Majene. Dengan pokok masalah adalah bagaimana Prospek Dan Tantangan Bantuan Modal Usaha Baznas Terhadap Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Di Kabupaten Majene.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) kualitatif dimana  dilakukan  dengan  pendekatan  Yuridis Normatif dan syar’i. sumber data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1.) Implementasi bantuan modal usaha Baznas terhadap Usaha  Mikro Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Majene terlihat sangatlah baik sebelum pandemic covid 19 berlangsung di Indonesia,  para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil yang mendapat bantuan menyebabkan omset pendapatannya naik. 2)Adapun peluang dan tantangan bantuan modal usaha Baznas terhadap Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Majene yaitu mayoritas masyarakat Kabupaten Majene beragama Islam dan Baznas Kabupaten Majene bersinergi dengan pemerintah Kabupaten Majene. Kemudian tantangan bantuan modal usaha Baznas terhadap Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Majene yaitu pengumpulan dana zakat infaq dan sedeqah belum efektif. 3)Pandangan hukum islam terhadap bantuan modal usaha Bazans terhadap Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di kabupaten majene adalah boleh karena program tersebut sangatlah  membantu para pengusaha kecil yang sedang lemah perekonomiannya hal tersebut bertalian dengan ajaran agama islam dijelaskan dalam Qs. Al- Maidah/5: 2.Kata Kunci: Bantuan Modal Usaha, Prospek, Tantangan, Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah. AbstractThis research is entitled Prospects and Challenges of Baznas Business Capital Assistance to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Majene Regency. The main problem is how the Prospects and Challenges of Baznas Business Capital Assistance to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Majene Regency. This type of research is a qualitative field research which is carried out with a normative and syar'i juridical approach. primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate that 1.) The implementation of Baznas business capital assistance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Majene Regency looked very good before the covid 19 pandemic took place in Indonesia, Micro Small Business actors who received assistance caused their income turnover to increase. 2) The opportunities and challenges for Baznas business capital assistance to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Majene Regency are the majority of the people of Majene Regency are Muslim and Baznas Majene Regency is in synergy with the Majene Regency government. Then the challenge of Baznas business capital assistance to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Majene Regency, namely the collection of zakat, infaq and alms funds has not been effective. 3) The view of Islamic law on Bazans business capital assistance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Majene Regency is permissible because the program is very helpful for small entrepreneurs whose economy is weak, this is related to the teachings of the Islamic religion described in Qs.
