This research was aims to describe: 1) The implementation of coaching activities for the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) at Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS) Klas IIA Cibinong, 2) The enthusiasm of the assisted residents to participate in the development of the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) at Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS) Klas IIA Cibinong, 3) A form of collaboration between Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS) Klas IIA Cibinong in improving the quality of the development activities of the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM), 4) Procurement of a Smart Cart as an infrastructure for reading interest in assisted citizens Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS) Klas IIA Cibinong, 5 ) A form of success from the implementation of Community Learning Activities (PKBM) Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS) Klas IIA Cibinong. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews and observations were carried out with prison officers, assisted residents as students, and tutors who participated in the development of the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM). The documentation in this study includes archival data, photo or video recordings, books and others.
