<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the fire emergency response system and life-saving facilities at PT X in Balikpapan. This study used a qualitative descriptive method by means of a survey and going down directly to the field. Data were collected through direct observation using checklists, interviews and interview guides to informants who were considered to know the most about the emergency response system and life-saving facilities. The data analysis used was descriptive percentage. The results of his research found that the suitability of the fire emergency response system was 89% and the life-saving facilities were 73%. The conclusion of this study is the suitability of the fire emergency response system and life-saving facilities at PT X in Balikpapan has an average value of 81%. Based on this value, the suitability level is included in the BAIK classification, which means that all component levels are appropriate, but there are some missing criteria.]]>
