The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of SIA user involvement, SIA user capability and SIA quality on SIAperformance at Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. This study took a sample of 50 accounting employees at Garuda Plaza HotelMedan. Data collection is done by the method of interviews (interviews), distributing questionnaires, and studydocumentation. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis concludedthat the involvement of SIA users, the ability of SIA users and the quality of SIA both simultaneously and partially havepositive effect on SIA performance variables.
