Employees are very important human resources in an organization, because employees are the main capital for an organization, without employees, the organization will not run well. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee work productivity at the Bima City Health Office. The type of research used is associative. The population used is all employees at the City of Bima Health Service as many as 75 people with a sample of 63 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling using the Slovin formula. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. Data collection techniques by observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and t test (partial test). Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity as evidenced by test scores t amounted to 15,385 and Sig 0,000. The level of influence of work discipline on employee work productivity at the Bima City Health Office is very strong.
