<![CDATA[ABSTRAK: Permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini mengkaji proses kedatangan dan proses interaksi, bentuk interaksi serta dampak kedatangan Etnik Jawa Di Desa Sari Mulyo Tahun 1983-2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada metode sejarah yang terdiri dari heuristik, verifikasi dan histoografi atau penulisan. Sejarah kedatangan etnik Jawa di Desa Sari Mulyo antara lain karena mengikuti program pemerintah yaitu jalur transmigrasi pada tahun 1983 dengan jumlah 100 KK. Dengan faktor antara lain (a) faktor daerah asal, (b) faktor daerah tujuan, (c) faktor pribadi; Bentuk interaksi sosial antara etnik Muna dan etnik Jawa antara lain: a) interaksi sosial asosiatif, yaitu akomodasi dalam bidang pertanian dan ekonomi; wujud asimilasi dalam bidang bahasa yaitu antara dua kelompok etnik saling menyesuaikan diri dan akhirnya saling mengerti bahasa satu sama lain. b) Interaksi sosial disosiatif terdiri dari persaingan dalam bidang ekonomi pertanian dan organisasi sosial juga termasuk didalamnya persaingan. Proses interaksi sosial antara etnik Muna dan etnik Jawa adalah: a) interaksi melalui kegiatan pembangunan; b) Interaksi melalui perkawinan. Dampak interaksi sosial antara etnik Muna dan etnik Jawa, yaitu dampak posistif antara lain: bidang ekonomi, bidang pertanian, bidang politik, bidang sosial budaya. Sedangkan dampak negatif antara lain: keterampilan etnik pendatang dalam bercocok tanam membuat mereka menguasai sendiri roda perekonomian di Desa Sari Mulyo; keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam memilih bibitunggul sehingga menimbulkan persaingan, kecenderungan etnik yang sudah tinggal menetap untuk menolak etnik lain. Kata Kunci: Proses, Bentuk, Dampak dan Interaksi ABSTRACT: The main problem in this study examines the arrival process and the interaction process, the form of interaction and the impact of the arrival of the Javanese ethnic group in Sari Mulyo Village in 1983-2017. The method used in this study refers to the historical method which consists of heuristics, verification and histoography or writing. The history of the arrival of the Javanese ethnic group in Sari Mulyo Village, among others, was due to following the government program, namely the transmigration route in 1983 with a total of 100 families. With factors such as (a) factors of origin, (b) factors of destination, (c) personal factors; The forms of social interaction between the Muna and Javanese ethnicities include: a) associative social interaction, namely accommodation in agriculture and the economy; a form of assimilation in the field of language, namely between two ethnic groups adjusting to each other and finally understanding each other's language. b) dissociative social interaction consists of competition in the agricultural economy and social organization as well as competition. The processes of social interaction between the Muna and Javanese ethnicities are: a) interaction through development activities; b) Interaction through marriage. The impact of social interactions between the Muna and Javanese ethnicities, namely positive impacts, among others: the economic sector, the agricultural sector, the political sector, the socio-cultural sector. While the negative impacts include: the ethnic skills of immigrants in farming have made them master the wheels of the economy by themselves in Sari Mulyo Village; limited knowledge in selecting superior seeds, which creates competition, the tendency of ethnic groups who have lived permanently to reject other ethnicities.  Keywords: Process, Form, Impact and Interaction]]>
