PEMODELAN PENGARUH SISTEM MANAJEMEN DAN SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE TERHADAP KESIAPAN PELAKU USAHA KOTA SAMARINDA MENGHADAPI ASEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY 2015 DENGAN STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh penerapan sistem manajemen dan Sustainable Lifestyle terhadap kesiapan menghadapi AEC yang dilatarbelakangi oleh berlakunya AEC 2015 yang menuntut persiapan Indonesia khususnya pelaku usaha dalam menghadapinya. Persiapan menghadapi AEC dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan sistem manajemen dan Sustainable Lifestyle. Penerapan sistem manajemen khususnya Sistem Manajemen Mutu dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal. Selain itu, isu Sustainability seperti sumber daya yang semakin menipis menjadikan pentingnya penerapan Sustainable Lifestyle untuk menjamin ketersediaan sumber daya di masa mendatang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memodelkan dan mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem manajemen dan Sustainable Lifestyle terhadap kesiapan pelaku usaha kota Samarinda dalam menghadapi AEC. Hasil pemodelan SEM menunjukkan adanya signifikansi hubungan antar variabel dan korelasi positif sebesar 0,43 dan 0,24 untuk hubungan sistem manajemen dan Sustainable Lifestyle terhadap kesiapan. Kesimpulannya adalah semakin tinggi penerapan sistem manajemen dan Sustainable Lifestyle maka semakin tinggi kesiapan dalam menghadapi AEC. Kata kunci: AEC, Kesiapan, Sistem Manajemen, Sustainable Lifestyle, SEM Abstract This research explores the influence of the application of management system and Sustainable Lifestyle against the readiness of facing the AEC effected by the enactment of the AEC 2015 requires preparation especially businessmen in Indonesia to deal with it. Preparation for the AEC can be done by applying the management system and Sustainable Lifestyle. Implementation of management systems, especially the Quality Management System can improve the competitiveness of local products. In addition, Sustainability issue such as depleting resources that makes the importance of the implementation Sustainable Lifestyle to ensure availability of resources in the future. The purpose of this study is to model and to know the influence of the application of the management system and Sustainable Lifestyle against the readiness of Samarinda city bussinessmen in the face of the AEC. The results of SEM showed a modeling significance of relations between variables and a positive correlation of 0.43 and 0.24 for the relationship management system and Sustainable Lifestyle against readiness. The conclusion is increasingly high application of system management & Sustainable Lifestyle then the higher readiness to face AEC.
