Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa guru yang ada di Indonesia untuk dapat berkompetisi menjadi guru yang dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan kondisi yang penuh dengan tantangan berbagai macam perubahan. Menurut beberapa hasil penelitian work life balance, disiplin kerja serta kinerja guru saling berkaitan disaat individu menghadapi kondisi yang penuh dengan tantangan perubahan. Saat individu memiliki work life balance yang baik maka akan diikuti dengan disiplin dan kinerja yang baik juga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance dan disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh guru yang sedang menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Semarang, sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 158 responden. Dalam melakukan pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert, dengan 5 kriteria penilaian serta untuk mengukur 35 item pertanyaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis probability sampling. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru yaitu sebesar 64.6%, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 39.2% pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Guru diharapkan mampu menyeimbangkan antara kehidupan pribadi dan kehidupan kerja supaya antara keduanya tidak terjadi konflik dan disiplin kerja guru harus ditingkatkan supaya meningkatnya kinerja guru guna tercapainya tujuan dari sekolah menciptakan generasi bangsa yang unggul.The Covid-19 pandemic forces teachers in Indonesia to be able to compete to become teachers who can adjust to challenging conditions. According to several research results, work life balance, work discipline and teacher performance are interrelated when individuals face conditions that are full of challenges. When individuals have a good work-life balance it will be followed by discipline and good performance as well. This study aims to determine the effect of work life. balance and work discipline on teacher performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study were all teachers who were facing the Covid-19 pandemic in Semarang City, while the sample in this study was 158 respondents. In collecting the data, this research uses a likert scale, with 5 assessment criteria and to measure 35 question items. The sampling technique in this study uses a type of probability sampling. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis state that work life balance has a partial positive effect on teacher performance, namely 64.6%, work discipline has a partial positive effect on teacher performance by 39.2% during the Covid-19 pandemic. Teachers are expected to be able to balance between personal life and work life so that there is no conflict between the two and teacher work discipline must be improved so that teacher performance increases in order to achieve the goals of the school to create a nation that has good achievements.
