<![CDATA[Riset ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana praktik peer to peer lending syariah di Qazwa, serta menganalisa bagaimana kesesuaian praktik tersebut dengan Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) Nomor 117 Tahun 2018 tentang Layanan Pembiayaan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi Berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah. Penelitian ini tergolong ke dalam riset empiris kualitatif yang menyelediki tingkat kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap hukum yang berlaku. Data mengenai praktik peer to peer lending syariah dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi partisipatorif dan dokumentasi. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa Qazwa telah melaksanakan 84% kriteria yang ditentukan dalam fatwa tersebut. This research aims to analyze the pratices of Islamic peer to peer lending in Qazwa, as well as to measure the complience of this practice to the Fatwa of National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) Number 117 of 2018 about Information Technology-Based Financing Services Based on Sharia Principles. This is a qualitative empirical research which investigates the level of public compliance with the applicable law. Data regarding the practice of Islamic peer to peer lending was collected using participatory observation and documentation techniques. The research results showed that Qazwa had implemented 84% of the criteria demanded by the fatwa.]]>
