<![CDATA[Services at the Regional General Hospital Sidikalang even now rely on conventional medical records or manual system. The patient's data then would be recorded in one or more medical records and this condition has been a weakness of conventional medical records whenever data sharing is required. These weaknesses of conventional medical records affect work efficiency at Sidikalang Hospital and finally leads to hospital accreditation that currently holds class C. A web-based patient medical record management system is necessary to overcome this problem. This management system will help medical personnel in data sharing, data maintenance and make it easier to locate it. This system's development was carried out using the waterfall software development model and object-oriented approach. This system was tested using unit, integration, and validation testing strategies. White box testing technique was applied when performing unit and integration tests. Black box testing technique was utilized when conducting validation testing. The result of this research was a web-based patient medical record management system.]]>
