<![CDATA[Margamulya Puskesmas is one of 56 Puskesmas in Bekasi City. Margamulya Health Center has a vision that Margamulya Health Center "SEHATI" promotes margamulya urban community that is healthy and independent. The puskesmas also has a mission to provide quality and sustainable health services by establishing partnerships with all parties. At the puskesmas there are several problems including registration services that are not yet qualified, data that has not been integrated between poly clinics, managing medical records such as searching, making new medical records that are not according to standards, and making reports that require a long time to become obstacles in making decisions. This study uses the waterfall method in the requirements analysis, design, implementation and testing section. At the design stage using UML diagrams such as flowcharts, class diagrams, analysis classes This study uses codeigniter as a framework for implementation, and uses mysql as a DBMS. For the testing phase of this study using black-box testing, namely validation testing, and also user acceptance testing or UAT. UAT is used to measure user acceptance of the health center management information system that has been built. Validation testing in this study obtained a total of 100% valid in 40 test cases and UAT results obtained an average of 4 users namely 93.75% acceptance index, which means very accepting of the information system that has been developed.
