<![CDATA[Abstract: This research is based on the problem of the low level of badminton sport coaching at PB Tangkas Jaya Pekanbaru, which reveals the quality of coaches, athletes, organizations, and infrastructure. This study aims to determine the quality of coaches, athletes, organizations, and existing infrastructure at PB PB Tangkas Jaya Pekanbaru. The population in this study were athletes at PB Tangkas Jaya Pekanbaru who participated in badminton coaching. This research is classified as a descriptive study using primary data obtained directly from athletes at PB Tangkas Jaya Pekanbaru. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from questionnaires. Sampling used a total sampling technique, amounting to 30. The instrument used was a questionnaire or questionnaire which was conducted online. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the badminton performance development system at PB Tangkas Jaya Pekanbaru is in the sufficient category.
