<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan rancangan untuk membangun aplikasi berbasis web yang menyediakan layanan terkait jasa servis pada CV Mitra LG Bukittinggi yang proses pelayanan servis selama ini dilakukan masih cara manual maka perlu dibangun sistem informasi pelayanan jasa servis AC berbasis web agar dapat menyajikan informasi secara cepat dan lebih mudah serta mengurangi terjadinya penyebaran virus corona (Covid-19) pada saat keadaan pandemi sekarang ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall dengan menerapkan teknik arsitektur Model View Controller (MVC). Framework yang gunakan adalah Laravel dengan bahasa utama PHP dan Java Script. Analisi observasi sistem berjalan meliputi sejumlah bisnis proses dan data terhadap layanan jasa servis. Pengujian terhadap hasil rancangan yang dikembangkan menunjukan bahwa aplikasi dapat digunakan sebagai mana semestinya, menjadi layanan yang semestinya aplikasi yang utuh dan mampu membantu proses layanan servis.Kata kunci : pelayanan jasa, servis ac, web, sistem Infomasi, waterfall, laravel The purpose of this research is to produce a design to build a web-based application that provides services related to services at CV Mitra LG Bukittinggi whose service process has been done manually so far, it is necessary to build a web-based air conditioning service information system so that it can provide information quickly and easier and reduce the spread of the corona virus (Covid-19) during the current pandemic situation.
