<![CDATA[Agrarian reform is a commitment of Government in Indonesia as a state law to carry out the obligations to provide guarantee and protection of law to their citizens. Until now, there are still no solution to accelerate the settlement of land registration cases. One of the source of the agrarian conflict is inaccurate data in sub-district that happened because the sub-district has not been implemented of the good and orderly information and administrative system. In this study, the researchers wanted to find out the legal solution to create the good and orderly information and administrative system in sub-district, especially in Cimahi City. This research will use descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study will provide answers how to create the good and orderly information and administrative system in sub-district, especially in Cimahi City.]]>
