Obese is a situation where someone have weight which is heavier than body weight ideally. Consumption enough fiber could prevent obese. There are most fiber in vegetables and fruit. The aim of this research is to know school age children’s vegetables and fruits consumption pattern who experiencing obese at Catholic Elementary School Don Bosko 1 Kupang. The kinds of this research is analitic observational with the cross sectional study. The location of this research conducted at Catholic Elementary School Don Bosko 1 Kupang. Research conducted within six months from July 2010 to January 2011. The size of samples are 19 peoples taken based on the method of purposive sampling. The analysis of data with Fisher exact. The result of this research to indicated that, have the relation between vegetables consumption frequency (p = 0,0369), amount of vegetables and fruits consumption (p = 0,002) with event of obese on school age children. But there are not relation between consumptioned vegetables type (p = 0,351), consumptioned fruits type (p = 0,5603), fruits consumption frequency (p = 0,207) with event of obese on school age children
