Abstract

Riskesdas, 2013, menyatakan bahwa prevalensi BBLR tertinggi didapati di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah sebesar 18,2%, Nusa Tenggara Timur  sebesar 15,5% dan Provinsi Papua (15,6%), sedangkan prevalensi terendah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara sebesar 7,5%, namun angka tersebut masih menjadi masalah kesehatan, karena menurut Depkes RI (2009), BBLR dikategorikan sebagai masalah kesehatan masyarakat apabila prevalensinya ≥ 5%. RSUD Prof Dr W.Z Johannes Kupang tahun 2016 (Januari-Juni) kasus BBLR sebanyak 100 kasus dari total kelahiran 459 bayi baru lahir.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan komponen perawatan metode kanguru terhadap peningkatan status kesehatan BBLR. Jenis penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cros sectional study. Teknik Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling dengan sampel 100 orang. Hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa perawatan metode kanguru position berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan status kesehatan BBLR (PR = 2,79) dengan nilai (Pv=0,000., Pv<0,05). Kanguru nutrition berpengaruh terhadap status kesehatan BBLR (PR = 2,47) dengan nilai (Pv=0,000., Pv<0,05). Kanguru support berpengaruh terhadap status kesehatan BBLR (PR = 2,72) dengan nilai (Pv=0,000., Pv<0,05). Analisis multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik ganda menunjukkan bahwa kanguru nutrition paling berpeluang dalam peningkatan status kesehatan BBLR dengan nilai p=0,000. Disarankan kepada ibu-ibu agar dapat berperan aktif dalam penerapan komponen PMK.

Abstract

Bakso merupakan makanan yang digemari . Bakso yang sudah banyak diproduksi dan dijual bebas di pasar memiliki banyak alternatif kombinasi diantaranya tepung dan daging (sapi, ayam, dan ikan). Sumber pangan lokal di wilayah NTT dapat dijadikan sebgai alternatif dalam membuat bakso berbahan jantung pisang, kacang merah, dan ubi jalar. Bakso dapat dibuat dengan mengkombinasikan ketiga jenis pangan lokal (jantung pisang, kacang merah dan ubi jalar) sehingga dapat menjadi alternatif makanan tambahan bergizi dan bebas BTP yang dapat diterima oleh semua kalangan dari balita sampai orang dewasa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan rancangan penelitian eksperimen di bidang teknologi pangan. Rancangan penelitian adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Data uji organoleptic (daya terima dan masa simpan) diolah secara statistic menggunakan Analisis of Varians (ANOVA) dengan menggunakan software SPSS17. Apabila di antara perlakuan terdapat pengaruh maka dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey Honestly Significance Difference (HSD). Rata-rata uji daya terima bakso jantung pisang diperoleh hasil rata-rata kesukaan (warna, aroma, tekstur dan rasa) berkisar 3.35 sampai 3.97 yang berarti masuk dalam kategori suka. Dari hasil rata-rata diketahui bahwa perlakuan P32 adalah perlakuan yang paling tinggi nilainya yaitu 3,97 yang artinya P32 adalah produk pentolan bakso jantung pisang yang paling disukai oleh panelis.

Abstract

Pneumonia disease has been known as a primary public health problem in the world, especially in developing countries including Indonesia. This research was is aimed to analyze some factors influenced to the occurrence of pneumonia disease on child under five years in the operational district of Public Health Center of Tarus The Regency of Kupang in 2008. Were Number of samples are 130 children, consisted of 65 cases and 65 control that was taken by using simple random sampling. Research result statistically indicates that were there are influence of nutrient status (p=0,000), OR=7,268), immunization status nutritional (p=0,004), OR=5,401), and room density of staying (p=0,000), OR=3,844) to occurrence of pneumonia disease. In addition, giving of exclusive mother milk pattern breatfeeding (p=0,273), OR=1,599) and kind of floor factors (p=1,000), OR=1,000) are not influenced to occurence of pneumonia disease. It is recommmmended that communities in operational distric of Public Health Center of Tarus increase should the nutient status and complete immunization for their children, and avoid their children from rooms which are high density of staying. For interrelated instantions are suggested in order to plan and carry out the promotive and preventive intervention models for controlling pneumonia disease.

Abstract

This research aim to know the level of satisfaction of patient toward the quality of drug services at Apotek Kimia Farma Pelengkap based on its Realibility; Responsiveness; Accuracy; Empathy and Tangible. This is a descriptive research using survey and observational approach. The total number of sample was 100 respondents. Data was analyzed descriptively in the form of frequency distribution tables. The result of the research indicates that the level of Satisfaction to Reliability areequal to 28,33% high gratified, 53,67% gratified, 14,67% low gratified, 3,33 dissatisfactory %; Responsiveness are equal to 45,00% hardly gratified, 37,33% gratified, 13,67% unable to gratify, 4,00 dissatisfactory %; Accuracy are equal to 50,67% hardly gratified, 43,33% gratified, 6,00% unable to gratified, 3,33 dissatisfactory %; Empathy are equal to 53,67% hardly gratified, 45,00% gratified, 1,00% low gratified, 0,33 dissatisfactory %; and Tangible are equal to 43,67% hardly gratified, 56,33% gratified, 0 % unable to gratified, dissatisfactory 0%; Totally the level of satisfaction of patient toward quality of drug service stays at the level high gratified 44,27% and gratified at 47,13%. These results indicates that the level of satisfaction of patient toward quality of drug service at Apotek Kmia Farma Complement has fulfilled drug service impatient hope.

Abstract

According to the Household Health Survey (SKRT) 2001, nationally, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women is still high (40.9%). One of the ways chosen to prevent anemia in pregnant women is by consuming iron tablets. Iron tablet administration program in Aceh Singkil is not successful yet because of several factors One of them is the less of extension given by the nutritionist to the local cadres. The purpose of this quasi-experimental study is to analyze the effect of the nutritional extension of iron tablet administration to pregnant women on knowledge and attitude of cadres of posyandu at Danau Paris, Aceh Singkil District. The population of this study was all of the 66 cadres of posyandu (integrated service post) in Danau Paris Sub-district, Aceh Singkil District. The result of paired sample t-test shows that the average total score of the respondent's knowledge before the extension was 22.17 (p<0.05). Meanwhile, the average total score of the respondents’ attitude before the extension was 13.11 and after the extension was 15.67 (p<0.05). It can be concluded that there is a significant difference between knowledge and attitude of cadres regarding iron administration and iron benefit to pregnant women before and after extension.

Abstract

The research had been done in Bhayangkara hospital to know the cost of health for the poor who were using health insurance. The specific aim of the research it to compare the health cost structure given by PT Askes with the health cost released by Bhayangkara hospital. This research is descriptive research with retrospective design applies sampling technique in Purposive Sampling. Data obtained then processed and analyzed descriptively and presented in frequency tables. The result of the research indicates that the allocation of fund from PT Askes in RS Bhayangkara was allotted mainly for service of equipment and health materials is 33,4 %, accommodation services, 29,3%, room services, 24%, and doctor services 13%. It was found also that the Bhayangkara hospital was loosed Rp. 15,784,500.00 due to the lower cost provided by PT Askes, and there were 21 patients using health insurance for the poor with 221 days being hospitalized.

Abstract

Anemia is a condition where iron that brought oxygen, proteins, and hemoglobin in red blood cells that used to burn oxygen to produce energy was decreased. Women adolescents that familiar with anemia possibly will decrease her physical fitness. The objectives of the study were to analyze the relation between anemia, energy intake, and physical fitness among adolescent women. The study was an analytical descriptive study using a cross-sectional study, which is located in SMA Negeri I Kupang. The population was 866 respondents, and samples that taken were 51 persons, using simple random sampling method. The data was collected by using a questionnaire using Sahli method for anemia, Recall data for energy intake, and Harvard step-up test for physical fitness. The result showed that most of the respondents (70,6%) non-anemia, 54,9% of respondents were in well-nourished, and 39,2% had high physical fitness condition. There was a significant relation between anemia (p=0,002) and energy intake (p=0,044) with physical fitness. Suggestions toward (1) health care workers, to be more active in communications, information, and educations, particularly in giving information about anemia and its consequences, (2) adolescent women to maintain their health by consuming healthy and nutrition foods and do exercises continuously.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the iron content in water spinach vegetables from the harvest sites until it is ready to consume at the household. This research is quasi-experiment research with completely randomized research designs. This research uses 5 samples of water spinach. Sample A: water spinach was taken from the land, B: water spinach was taken from the market, C: water spinach was taken at the household level, D1: water spinach cooked with a close pan, D2: water spinach cooked with an open pan. All samples have 3 replication. Iron content of water spinach was analyzed using a spectrophotometer. The results showed that the iron content of water spinach in harvest site is 0,35 mg/100 g, at the market is 1,19 mg/100 g, at the household level is 1,71 mg/100 g, cooked with close pan is 1,37 mg/100 g and cooked with open pan is 1,12 mg/100 g wet weight. The result of the research showed there are differences in iron content of water spinach vegetables from harvest site until it is cooked at the household level. Based on the statistical test showed that every sample has a significantly different (P< 0,05).

Abstract

Masa nifas membutuhkan nutrisi yang akan mempengaruhi proses pemulihan kondisi setelah melahirkan dan menjaga kecukupan ASI. Kebutuhan gizi dapat dipenuhi jika ibu mempertimbangkan pola konsumsi makanan, termasuk jenis makanan, jumlah konsumsi gizi dan frekuensi makan berdasarkan faktor sosial budaya di mana mereka tinggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan tingkat pendidikan dengan pola konsumsi pada ibu nifas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi adalah semua ibu nifas yang terdaftar di Puskesmas Alak pada bulan Maret 2017 yang berjumlah 73 orang. Sampel 61 responden dipilih dengan simple random sampling. Tes yang digunakan adalah korelasi Rank Spearman dengan tingkat signifikansi 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berhubungan dengan pola konsumsi makanan ibu nifas adalah pengetahuan gizi (p = 0,001, r = 0,417), sikap ibu (p = 0,000, r = 0,445), dan variabel yang tidak berhubungan dengan konsumsi makanan ibu nifas. pola adalah tingkat pendidikan (p = 0,085). Puskesmas Alak perlu meningkatkan pendidikan kepada ibu postpartum tentang gizi dengan mempertimbangkan factor yang berhubungan dengan pola konsumsi untuk menghindari risiko komplikasi pascapersalinan karena kekurangan gizi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan pelaksanaan discharge planning di RSUD Prof. Dr. W.Z. Johannes Kupang, dan menganalisis hubungan sikap perawat dengan pelaksanaan discharge planning di RSUD Prof. Dr. W.Z. Johannes Kupang. Desain penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional dimana peneliti ingin mengkaji hubungan determinan perilaku perawat dalam manajemen asuhan keperawatan tim dengan pelaksanaan discharge planning di RSUD Prof. Dr. W.Z. Johannes Kupang. Sampel penelitian adalah ketua tim perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Prof. Dr. W.Z. Johannes Kupang sebanyak 40 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Spearman rank pada analisis bivariat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan perawat berada pada kategori baik dan ada hubungan yang lemah antara pengetahuan perawat dengan pelaksanaan discharge planning dengan nilai p=0,057 dan koefisien korelasi 0,303. Sikap perawat pada kategori cukup baik dan ada hubungan yang kuat antara sikap perawat dengan pelaksanaan discharge planning dengan nilai p=0,000 dan koefisien korelasi 0,612. Terdapat hubungan yang lemah antara pengetahuan dan pelaksanaan discharge planning, dan ada hubungan yang kuat antara sikap dengan pelaksanaan discharge planning. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pendidikan formal.
