PENERAPAN METODE STUDENT TEAMS – ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan Penelitian tindakan kelas  ini adalah  untuk mengetahui penggunaan Model Pembelajaran   STAD yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV  Semester II SDN  1 Belikurip Kecamatan Baturetno Kabupaten Wonogiri Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian dilakukan  dalam dua siklus dengan prosedur tiap siklus terdiri  atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 4 SD Negeri 1 Belikurip  berjumlah 17 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pengunaan Model Pembelajaran STAD pada materi belajar Mengidentifikasi macam-macam gaya, dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Pengunaan model pembelajaran STAD)  dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu mencapai 80 %. (2) Pengunaan Model Pembelajaran   STAD dapat meningkatkan  ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Mengidentifikasi macam-macam gaya mencapai 82,35%. (3) Pengunaan Model Pembelajaran   STAD  dapat meningkatkan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa yaitu mencapai 88,24 %.Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran   STAD, Proses pembelajaran, Hasil belajar AbstractThe purpose of this classroom action research is to determine the use of the STAD Learning Model which can improve learning outcomes for grade IV Semester II students of SDN 1 Belikurip, Baturetno District, Wonogiri Regency, 2018/2019 Academic Year. The research was conducted in two cycles with the procedure for each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were grade 4 students of SD Negeri 1 Belikurip totaling 17 students. The results showed that through the use of the STAD Learning Model in the learning material to identify various styles, it could increase the activeness of students in following the learning process. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that (1) The use of STAD learning models can increase student activeness in the learning process by reaching 80%. (2) The use of the STAD Learning Model can increase the completeness of student learning outcomes in identifying the various styles of material reaching 82.35%. (3) The use of STAD Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes completeness, namely reaching 88.24%.Keywords: STAD Learning Model, Learning Process, Learning Outcomes
