Informasi pasar kerja sebagai bagian dari sistem pelayanan antar kerja mempunyai peran yang sangat penting sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi pengangguran. Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis beberapa permasalahan mengenai implementasi informasi pasar kerja online di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Sleman. Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis implementasi di lapangan berdasarkan data primer, data sekunder serta wawancara untuk menggali informasi secara indepth. Secara umum implementasi pasar kerja online belum terlaksana secara efektif. Dengan menggunakan 3 indikator dan 6 parameter, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa belum terlaksananya secara efektif disebabkan faktor teknis dan non teknis. Keberpihakan pimpinan untuk memberikan pelayanan prima khususnya kepada pencari kerja, diwujudkan dengan adanya dukungan berupa regulasi dan sarana prasarana. Namun demikian dalam implementasi di lapangan masih terdapat beberapa kendala. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi informasi pasar kerja online, beberapa saran dapat dilakukan mencakup pelaksanaan sosialisasi terkait keberadaan informasi pasar kerja online, memaksimalkan peran pengantar kerja atau petugas antar kerja, serta perlunya perencanaan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia yang menangani pelayanan penempatan tenaga kerja kedepan. Job market information as part of the inter-employment service system has a very important role as an effort to reduce unemployment. This study tried to analyze several problems regarding the implementation of online job market information in the Sleman Regency Labor Office. Descriptive methods are used to analyze implementations in the field based on primary data, secondary data and interviews to explore information indepth. In general, the implementation of the online job market has not been carried out effectively. Using 3 indicators and 6 parameters, the results of the analysis showed that it has not been implemented effectively due to technical and non-technical factors. The leadership's partiality to provide excellent services, especially to job seekers, is realized by the support of regulations and infrastructure. However, in the implementation in the field there are still some obstacles. As an effort to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of online job market information, some suggestions can be made including the implementation of socialization related to the existence of online job market information, maximizing the role of interworking workers or officers, as well as the need to plan the needs of human resources that handle the placement services of the workforce in the future.
