<![CDATA[ABSTRACTDiabetes mellitus (DM) is a non-communicable disease and it ranks 6th for the cause of death in the world. The patients treatment adherence is important to achieve therapeutic goals and avoid mortality and morbidity. This study aims to determine the level of adherence to the use of anti-diabetic drugs in patients with DM type 2 at Puskesmas Enemawira. This observational study used the MMAS-8 questionnaire involving 64 patients selected with a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed descriptively through editing, coding, and tabulation stages. The results showed that the majority of patients were female (70.69%), aged 25-64 years (73.44%), had primary education level (45.31%), worked as housewives (73.44%), suffered and treated for <5 years (75%), had monotherapy treatment (79.69%) and had comorbidities (54.69%). The category of patient with high adherence was (35.94%), moderate adherence (17.19%), and low adherence (46.88%). Adherence with drug use in patients with DM type 2 at Puskesmas Enemawira is classified as low adherence. Keywords: Adherence, Anti-diabetic, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2.  ABSTRAKDiabetes melitus (DM) merupakan salah satu jenis penyakit tidak menular yang menduduki peringkat ke-6 penyebab kematian dunia. Kepatuhan pengobatan pasien DM menjadi faktor penting agar tujuan terapi dapat tercapai serta menghindari mortalitas dan morbiditas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan obat antidiabetik pada pasien DM tipe 2 di Puskesmas Enemawira. Penelitian dilakukan secara observasional menggunakan kuisioner MMAS-8 terhadap 64 pasien dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif meliputi tahap editing, coding dan tabulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas pasien berjenis kelamin perempuan sebesar 70,69%, berusia 25-64 tahun sebesar 73,44%, pendidikan terakhir SD sebesar 45,31 %, pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga sebesar 73,44%, lama menderita dan lama pengobatan <5 tahun sebesar 75%, jenis pengobatan monoterapi sebesar 79,69% dan penyakit penyerta sebesar 54,69%. Kategori pasien dengan kepatuhan tinggi sebesar 35,94%, kepatuhan sedang 17,19% dan kepatuhan rendah 46,88%.
