<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and describe the relationship between the spirituality of Christian educators and the formation of students' character. By using the descriptive-qualitative method, namely by tracing the relevant literature, the researcher finds that the demands of the Christian educator profession are to show or actualize their spirituality in the life of their ministry. This is intended in relation to the formation of the character of the students he teaches. The spirituality of Christian educators who are role models can change the character of students. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan relasi spiritualitas pendidik Kristen dengan pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif, yaitu dengan menelusuri literatur-literatur yang relevan, ditemukan bahwa tuntutan dalam profesi pendidik Kristen adalah menunjukkan atau mengaktualisasikan spriritualitasnya dalam kehidupan pekerjaan pelayanannya. Hal itu dimaksudkan dalam kaitannya dengan pembentukan karakter peserta didik yang diajarnya. Spiritualitas pendidik Kristen yang menjadi teladan dapat mengubah karakter peserta didik.]]>
