<![CDATA[This article discusses the management of guidance and counseling programs at MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung including planning, implementing and evaluating guidance and counseling. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods through observation, documentation and interviews at MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung. Data were analyzed using the following steps: data reduction, display data, and conclusion / verification). The results of this study indicate that first MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung has planned the Guidance and Counseling program carefully as stated in the annual program and semester program, then the implementation of the Guidance and Counseling Program at MTs Darul Huda Badar Lampung can be said to be optimal, because it can be seen from the running of basic service program components, responsive services, specialization services and individual planning, and system support, as well as for evaluating the results of the Guidance and Counseling program at MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung, have not run optimally because they cannot measure student development in detail.]]>
