<![CDATA[Barokah is a small industrial tempe located in Panaan Village, Palengaan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency which sector that must be continuously developed. This aims study consist of 1) Know the priority factors in determining the strategy for developing UD. Barokah in Panaan Village, Palengaan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency, 2) Knowing the alternative strategies that can be applied in developing UD. Barokah. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, AHP method uses several criteria, namely: market demand, product quality, continuity of raw material availability, and customer satisfaction. The results of this study are Criteria which the top priorities in choosing the Strategy for developing UD. Barokah is consumer satisfaction with a weight value 0.492.
