<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPermasalahan dalam penelitia ini adalah ketercapaian hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VI SDN 1 Kateng belum mencapai KKM serta ketuntasan klasikal dari hasil belajar yang belum maksimal sehingga perlu ada upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka peneliti melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menerapkan metode eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu tes dengan instrumen tes hasil belajar berupa soal pilihan ganda untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa dan observasi dengan instrumen berupa lembar observasi untuk mengukur aktivitas siswa pada proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I, siklus II, berturut-turut adalah 74,6 dan 78,75 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 65% dan 90%. Presentase peningkatan hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal dari siklus I sampai siklus II adalah 25%. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat dinyatakan bahwa dengan menerapkan metode eksperimen dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VI SDN 1 Kateng Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021.   Kata Kunci : Metode Eksperimen, Hasil Belajar ABSTRACTThe problem in this research is that the achievement of science learning outcomes of class VI SDN 1 Kateng students has not yet reached the KKM and classical completeness of the learning outcomes has not been maximized so that there needs to be an effort to overcome this problem, so the researcher conducts classroom action research by applying the experimental method. This research was conducted in two cycles with data collection methods, namely tests with learning outcomes test instruments in the form of multiple choice questions to measure student learning outcomes and observations with instruments in the form of observation sheets to measure student activity in the learning process. The results showed that the average student learning outcomes in cycle I and cycle II were 74.6 and 78.75, respectively, with classical completeness of 65% and 90%. The percentage of increase in student learning outcomes classically from cycle I to cycle II is 25%.
