The purpose of this study is to find out if product features, prices and promotions have a positive effect on telkomsel prepaid simcard purchase decisions for students and students in Kendari City. The population in this study was students and students in Kendari who used prepaid telkomsel simcards. The samples in this study numbered 60 respondents. The samplingtechniques used in this study are Accidental Sampling techniques and the analysis tool used in this study is SPSS.
