PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MENYUSUN LAPORAN KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN JASA DENGAN PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TEAM ASSISTED INDIVIDUALIZATION (TAI)

Abstract

Menyusun laporan keuangan perusahaan jasa menjadi materi yang dianggap sulit bagi siswa sehingga perluinovasi model pembelajaran agar lebih mudah dipahami sis wa. Model pembelajaran tipe TAI menjadi salah satumodel pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untukmengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar danmemberikan hasil belajar lebih tinggi daripada yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitianini menggunakan metode quasi eksperiment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan hasil belajar setelahperlakuan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI dilihat dari rata-rata nilai pre-test yaitu 69,87 dan post-test sebesar 85,07 pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol dengan rata -rata nilaipre-testnya sebesar 70,76 dan post-test sebesar 79,69. Analisis hasil aktivitas siswa pada kedua kelas menunjukkankenaikan sebesar 12,77% pada kelas eksperimen dan 9,77% pada kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian,dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI dapat meningkatkan danmemberikan hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi daripada yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. The basic competence in financial statement of service company is pretended to be one of the difficult material to the most ofstudents because it needs the comprehension to identify, analyze, and practice so it is necessary to make the innovation of t helearning model so that the students could be easier in comprehe nding the material. The TAI model of learning type into one ofinnovative teaching methods to improve student result of study. The purpose of this research is to determine TheImplementation of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Model of Cooperative Learning can improve the study result andgive student’s learning result is higher than using conventional learning models. This research is kind of quasi experimentresearch with design Nonequivalent control group design. The result showed that there was an improvement of the study resultafter the treatment using TAI of cooperative learning method as seen in the average of pre -test score was 69.87 and post- testscore was 85.07 in the experimental group was higher than the control group with the average of th e pre-test score was 70.76and post-test score was 79.69. The analysis of students’ activity in the both classes showed the improvement as big as 12.77% inthe experimental group and 9.77% in the control group. Based on reserach, it can be concluded that the aplication ofcooperative learning model type of team assisted individualization (TAI) to be able improving and give student’s learning res ultis higher than using conventional learning models.
