Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru dan partisipasi siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru dan partisipasi siswa terhadap hasil belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 94 siswa. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel keseluruhan populasi, dikarenakan jumlah siswa kurang dari 100. Berdasarkan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara kompetensi profesional guru dan partisipasi siswa terhadap hasil belajar baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Kontribusi secara simultan sebesar 60%, sedangkan secara parsial memberikan kontribusi sebesar 15,5% dan 9,73%. The purpose of this research was to determine whether there is influence of teacher’s professional competence and students’ participation toword students’ learning outcomes either partially or simultaneously. The problem in doing this study is whether there is professional competens and students’ participation toward the learning outcomes. The population in this research is 94 students’. This study is considered as population research because of the total number of students which was less than 100 students. The result of the research showed that there was influence of teacher’s professional competence and students’ participations towards students’ learning outcome in SMA Negeri 1 Petanahan simultaneously and partially. The simultaneous contribution was 60%, mean while the partial contribution was 15.05% for teacher’s professional competence and students’ participation was 9.73%.
