PENGARUH KESIAPAN BELAJAR, MINAT BELAJAR, MOTIVASI BELAJAR, DAN SIKAP SISWA TERHADAP KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR SISWA JURUSAN ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN PADA MATA DIKLAT PRODUKTIF AP DI SMK NEGERI 2 SEMARANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh  kesiapan belajar, minat belajar, motivasi belajar, dan sikap siswa  terhadap  keaktifan belajar siswa  jurusan administrasi perkantoran  pada mata diklat  produktif AP di SMK Negeri  2  Semarang  baik  secara  simultan  maupun  parsial.  Penelitian  ini  merupakan  penelitian  kuantitatif. Populasi  penelitian  adalah  siswa  kelas  X,  XI,  dan  XII  jurusan  administrasi  perkantoran  SMK  Negeri  2 Semarang.  Pengambilan  sampel dilakukan secara  proportionate  stratified  random  sampling  dengan  jumlah  sampel sebanyak  176  siswa  yang  didapat  dari  rumus  Slovin  dengan  taraf  kesalahan  5%.  Metode  pengumpulan  data menggunakan  dokumentasi  dan  angket.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  analisis  regresi  linear  berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y = 3,938 + 0,066 X1 + 0,164 X2 + 0,232 X3 + 0,507 X4. Secara simultan (uji F) diperoleh Fhitung= 287,523 sehingga H1 diterima. Secara parsial (uji t) variabel kesiapan belajar (X1) diperoleh thitung= 2,639. Variabel minat belajar (X2) diperoleh t hitung=2,441. Variabel motivasi belajar (X3) diperoleh t hitung=4,824. Variabel sikap siswa (X4) diperoleh t  hitung= 6,372.  Hasil uji simultan  menunjukkan bahwa  kesiapan belajar, minat belajar, motivasi belajar, dan sikap siswa berpengaruh  terhadap  keaktifan  belajar  siswa  sebesar  86,8%.  Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan  pengaruh  kesiapan  belajar,  minat  belajar,  motivasi  belajar,  dan  sikap  siswa  terhadap  keaktifan belajar siswa masing-masing sebesar 3,92%, 3,35%, 11,97%, dan 19,18%.The  purpose  of  this  research  was  to  determine  whether  there  is  influence  of  learning  readiness,  learning  interest,  learning motivation,  and  student’s  attitudes  toward  student  learning  activity  office  administration  department  with  AP  productive subject in SMK Negeri 2 Semarang either  partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study. The population isstudents  of  grade  X,  XI,  and  XII  department  of  administration  office  of  SMK  Negeri  2  Semarang.  Intake  of  sampel  by proportionate stratified random sampling with amount of sampel counted 176 student come from Slovin formula with 5% error level.  Methods  of  data  collection  using  documentation  and  questionnaires  method.  The  results  showed  that  the  multiple regression  analysis equation  is: Y  =  3.938+  0.066  X1  +  0.164  X2  +  0.232  X3  +  0.507  X4.  Simultaneously (F test) obtained  F calculated=  287.523  so that  H1  is accepted.  Partially  (t test)  variable  learning  readiness  (X1)  so  obtained t  =  2.639.  Variable interest in learning  (X2)  t  =  2.441.  Learning  motivation variable  (X3)  t  =  4.824.  Variable  student attitudes  (X4)  t  =  6.372. Simultaneous test results indicate that  the readiness to learn, interest in learning, motivation to learn, and influence students' attitudes toward learning activity of students  around 86,8%. Partial test results indicate that  the readiness to learn, interest in learning, motivation to learn, and influence students' attitudes toward learning activ ity of students amounted to 3,92%, 3,35%, 11,97%, dan 19,18%.
