PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION PADA MATA PELAJARAN MENGELOLA SISTEM KEARSIPAN KELAS XI ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN DI SMK TAMAN SISWA KUDUS

Abstract

Pembelajaran Mengelola Sistem Kearsipan di kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran 2 SMK Taman Siswa Kudus mengalami hasil belajar yang rendah. Permasalahan penelitian ini yaitu adakah peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Prosedur penelitian ini merupakan siklus kegiatan yang terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi dan soal-soal evaluasi. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan  diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa siklus I sebesar 74,05%, sedangkan siklus II sebesar 81,61%, kesimpulannya adalah penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Untuk itu disarankan guru mata pelajaran mengelola sistem kearsipan dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran tersebut.Managing Filing System learning in second grade of Filing Office Administration 2 TAMAN SISWA Vocational High School Kudus experiencing lower learning outcomes. The research problem is there any improvement in student learning outcomes after using cooperative learning model type STAD. The purpose of this research is to improve students learning outcomes. The procedure of this study is that the activity cycle consists of two cycles, each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The instrument of this study is the observation sheet and evaluation questions. The results of the research that has been conducted on average values ​​obtained student learning outcomes first cycle of 74.05%, then 81.61% for the second cycle, inference is the use of STAD cooperative learning model to improve student learning outcomes. It is recommended subject teachers manage archival system can apply that learning model.
