<![CDATA[Aims: To determine the effectiveness of instructional program on self-care knowledge patientsundergoing chemotherapy after gastrectomy. Methods: Pre-experimental pre-post test design wasconducted in Al-Naseria City. The data collection process uses the interview technique and analyzedthrough the descriptive statistic. Results: There is statistically significance differences between preposttest knowledge, which mean effectiveness of instructional program knowledge of self care aftergastrectomy. Conclusion: In the post-test, there was a big difference in the patients’ knowledge leveltowards self-care.
