<![CDATA[The Existence of Arrum Product that is offered by Islamic Pawnshop in the whole of Pekanbaru to micro and small entrepreneurs in the form of financing expected can increase business and can increase their turnover. To answer the problems that is investigated in this research, the researcher has aimed to determine how the implementation of the Islamic pawnshop products Arrum in the whole of Pekanbaru and whether financing products Arrum of the Islamic pawnshop has significant effect on the development of micro and small enterprises as well as the implementation of Islamic pawnshop Arrum products in the whole of Pekanbaru was reviewed according to Islamic economic perspective. To answer this problem, first, the researcher was testing the instruments that is the validity test and reliability test and the test continued normality assumption Regression Classical test and Simple Linear analysis using the program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20. The analysis result showed based on t count Arrum Products variable is 4.222. > t table (0,05: 42) =2,0181.That is significance value 0.00 is lower than 0,05 (0,000<0,05). It means there is positive effect between arum product toward micro and small so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. If seen from determination coefficient result 0,308. It means that the effect of arrum products on the development of micro and small enterprises as 30.80% while the remaining 60.20 is influenced by other variables.]]>
