PERBEDAAN TINGKAT KELELAHAN KERJA PERAWAT DI UNIT GAWAT DARURAT DAN POLIKLINIK RUMAH SAKIT UMUM GMIM PANCARAN KASIH MANADO

Abstract : Working as a nurse who is required to provide excellent service and quality for 24 hours to make a nurse must be in good body condition. Body conditions that should be in the resting phase must be conditioned on working conditions which can shift the body's natural clock which can lead to work stress and end with work exhaustion. Job fatigue can have a negative impact on the nurse's performance. The purpose of the study is the difference in the level of work exhaustion of nurses in the ER and the GMIM Pancaran Kasih General Hospital Polyclinic Manado. Desain research type with cross sectional approach. sample of 16 nurses in the ER and 16 nurses in the Polyclinic room. Result of statistic test Test of t difference of fatigue level of nurse work in emergency room and polyclinic of PancaranKasih Manado Hospital obtained p value = 0,861 <α (α = 0,05). Conclusion there is no difference in the level of fatigue of nurses' work in the ER and the GMIM Pancaran Kasih General Hospital Polyclinic Manado.Keywords : Work Fatigue, Nurse.Abstrak : Bekerja sebagai perawat yang dituntut memberikan pelayanan prima dan berkualitas selama 24 jam menjadikan seorang perawat harus berada pada kondisi tubuh yang baik. Kondisi tubuh yang seharusnya pada fase istirahat harus dikondisikan pada kondisi kerja yang mana dapat menggeser jam alami tubuh yang dapat mengakibatkan stress kerja dan berakhir dengan kelelahan kerja. Kelelahan kerja dapat berdampak negative terhadap kinerja perawat. Tujuan penelitian yaitu Perbedaan Tingkat Kelelahan Kerja Perawat di UGD dan Poliklinik RSU GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 16 perawat di ruangan UGD dan 16 perawat di ruangan Poliklinik. Hasil uji statistic Uji t perbedaan tingkat kelelahan kerja perawat di UGD dan Poliklinik RSU Pancaran Kasih Manado diperoleh nilai p = 0,861 < α (α = 0,05). Kesimpulan tidak terdapat perbedaan tingkat kelelahan kerja perawat di UGD dan Poliklinik RSU GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado.Kata Kunci : Kelelahan Kerja, Perawat.
