Pilihan judul yang di ambil berdasarkan adanya kekosongan hukum dalam Undang Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2006 Tentang Pemerintahan Aceh. Di dalam Undang Undang tersebut belum mengatur tentang parliementary threshold namun masih menggunakan kebijakan electoral threshold. Penerapan parliamentary threshold sejalan dengan amanat konstitusi dalam putusan MK Nomor 52/PUU-X/2012. Melihat Aceh merupakan daerah istimewa yang diberikan kewenangan khusus untuk mengurus dan mejalankan urusan pemerintahan nya sendiri, maka perlu adanya regulasi baru yang mengatur tentang penerapan parliamentary threshold di pemilihan umum local aceh.Kata Kunci: Pemilihan Umum, Parliementary Threshold, Formulasi ABSTRACTThis study raised a parliamentary threshold formulation in local elections in Aceh. The choice of the title was taken based on the absence of a law in Law Number 11 of 2006 concerning Aceh Government. The law does not regulate parliementary threshold but still uses the electoral threshold policy. The implementation of the parliamentary threshold is in line with the mandate of the constitution in the Constitutional Court decision Number 52 / PUU-X / 2012. Seeing that Aceh is a special region that is given special authority to manage and carry out its own government affairs, it is necessary to have a new regulation governing the application of the parliamentary threshold in the Aceh local elections.
