PERENCANAAN WILAYAH PESISIR BERBASIS MITIGASI BENCANA TSUNAMI STUDI KASUS DI KABUPATEN BANTUL DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia merupakan negara kepulauan dan terletak di antara lempeng tektonik dan memiliki banyak gunung berapi aktif yang tergolong wilayah rawan bencana, salah satu bencana yang dapat terjadi adalah tsunami atau gempa bumi. Kabupaten Bantul yang letaknya berhadapan langsung dengan Samudera Hindia dan memiliki sejarah bencana yang cukup besar yaitu tsunami akibat gempa tahun 2006. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan upaya mitigasi bencana tsunami dengan melakukan analisis untuk mewujudkan perencanaan kawasan pesisir wilayah berbasis mitigasi tsunami dengan melakukan analisis faktor kerentanan yang terdiri dari tiga aspek yaitu ketinggian wilayah, jarak dari garis pantai dan indikator genangan. Setelah melakukan analisis kerentanan terhadap ketiga faktor tersebut selanjutnya menentukan alternatif permasalahannya dengan melakukan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner AHP (Analytic Hierarchy hasil) kemudian dilakukan pembobotan total responden. Hasil dari proses pembobotan menunjukkan bahwa alternatif yang diprioritaskan oleh masyarakat adalah pembuatan dinding penahan gelombang di sepanjang garis pantai, relokasi pemukiman di daerah dataran rendah dan pembuatan rencana jalur evakuasi.Kata Kunci: Tsunami, AHP, Kabupaten Bantul, mitigasi, kerentananABSTRACTIndonesia is an archipelago and is located between the junction of tectonic plates and has many active volcanoes are classified as disaster-prone region, one of the disasters caused by it is a tsunami or an earthquake. Bantul regency is its location directly opposite the Indian Ocean and has a history of disasters that is large enough that the tsunami due to the earthquake in 2006. This study aims to make efforts to mitigate the tsunami disaster by conducting analysis to realize the planning of coastal regions based on tsunami mitigation with conduct an analysis of vulnerability factors which consists of three aspects: the height of the region, the distance from the coastline and inundation indicator. After conducting an analysis of vulnerability to the three factors were later are looking for an alternative to the problem by conducting interviews using a questionnaire AHP (Analytic Hierarchy proceeds) are then weighted of the total respondents. The results of the weighting process shows that the alternatives prioritized by the community is the manufacture of a retaining wall along the shoreline waves, relocation of settlements in low-lying areas and manufacturing plan an evacuation route.Key Words: tsunami, AHP, Bantul Regency, mitigation, vulnerability
