Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan Desa Giripurno, Kecamatan Ngadirejo, Kabupaten Temanggung, Jawa Tengah pada aspek pariwisata. Giripurno memiliki potensi wisata alam sewu namun belum bisa dikembangkan sebagai desa wisata karena terkendala pengelolaan seperti ketiadaan pengelola kelompok sadar wisata (pokdarwis), sarana prasarana serta program pendukung yang belum saling sinergi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui program kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) model kemitraan Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta selama 45 hari dengan melibatkan 20 mahasiswa. Program kerja KKN disusun dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipasi aktif kelompok masyarakat mitra yang terdiri atas: pembinaan pokdarwis, sosialisasi BUMDES, branding produk kopi, pelatihan pembuatan kostum carnival dan make up karakter, pelatihan creative post photo dan video melalui smartphone, sapta pesona, revitalisasi desa, pelatihan ecoprint, serta kegiatan pementasan. Hasil kegiatan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan dengan tingkat partisipasi 73-97% kelompok mitra terkait urgensi pengelolaan desa wisata serta penyiapan sumber daya penggerak desa wisata.Abstract: This community service activity aims to support the development of Giripurno Village, Ngadirejo District, Temanggung Regency, Central Java in the tourism aspect. Giripurno has the potential for sewu nature tourism but cannot be developed as a tourist village due to management constraints such as the absence of a tourism awareness group (pokdarwis) manager, infrastructure and supporting programs that have not been synergized with each other. This community service activity was carried out through a real work course (KKN) partnership model of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta for 45 days involving 20 students. The KKN work program is structured using an active participation approach of partner community groups consisting of: pokdarwis development, BUMDES socialization, coffee product branding, training on making carnival costumes and character make-up, creative post photo and video training via smartphones, Sapta Pesona, village revitalization, ecoprint training, as well as staging activities. The results of the activity were able to increase the understanding and skills with a participation rate of 73-97% of partner groups regarding the urgency of managing tourist villages and preparing tourism village driving resources with level of participation.
