Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan petani, tingkat pengambilan keputusan petani, dan pengaruh antara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan terhadap pengambilan keputusan petani dalam penggunaan Asuransi Usahatani Padi (AUTP) di Kecamatan Selogiri, Kabupaten Wonogiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 petani. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendidikan, pendapatan, luas lahan, pengalaman usahatani, tingkat pengambilan risiko, tingkat keaktifan penyuluh,dan kemudahan penggunaan secara serentak mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan petani penggunaan Asuransi Usahatani Padi (AUTP). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan secara parsial yang berpengaruh signifikan yaitu pendidikan, pengalaman usahatani, tingkat pengambilan risiko, dan tingkat keaktifan penyuluh, sedangkan yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan yaitu pendapatan, luas lahan, dan kemudahan penggunaan.

Abstract

The partnership between the Kintamani people's coffee farmers and the company is expected to absorb overall production as well as increase the coffee production of the farmers and be mutually beneficial. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII is a company that is a partner of the Kintamani people's coffee farmers, precisely in the Blawan Bondowoso Plantation by forming a core plasma partnership pattern. This study aims to describe the partnership conditions that exist between the Kintamani people's coffee farmers and the company. The qualitative data analysis technique is done by collecting data until it is saturated and then conveyed interactively. Research showed that there were three parties involved between the company, smallholder coffee farmers and BNI. The company as the core company provides assistance, procurement and purchasing facilities to smallholder coffee farmers as a plasma. In addition, the smallholder coffee farmers as plasma have an obligation to provide their coffee production to the nucleus company. The purchase of coffee production by the core company involves BNI as the party that distributes capital loans in the form of People's Business Credit (KUR) to plasma. The impact of partnerships with companies is felt by smallholder coffee farmers, such as the smooth marketing of coffee. The hope of partnership farmers can be continuous and implemented in the long term.Keywords: Coffee, Corporate, Nucleus-plasma Pattern, Partnership, Smallholder Coffee FarmersAbstrakKemitraan antara petani kopi rakyat Kintamani dengan perusahaan diharapkan dapat menyerap produksi secara keseluruhan sekaligus peningkatan produksi kopi petani dan bisa saling menguntungkan. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII merupakan perusahaan yang menjadi mitra petani kopi rakyat Kintamani tepatnya di Kebun Blawan Bondowoso dengan membentuk suatu pola kemitraan inti plasma. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kondisi kemitraan yang terjalin antara petani kopi rakyat Kintamani dengan perusahaan. Teknik analisis data kualitatif dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data hingga jenuh kemudian disampaikan secara interaktif. Penelitian menunjukkan terbentuk tiga pihak yang berhubungan antara perusahaan, petani kopi rakyat dan BNI. Perusahaan sebagai perusahaan inti memberikan fasilitas pendampingan, pengadaan dan pembelian kepada petani kopi rakyat sebagai plasmanya. Di samping itu petani kopi rakyat sebagai plasma memiliki kewajiban memberikan hasil produksi kopinya kepada perusahaan inti. Pembelian hasil produksi kopi oleh perusahaan inti melibatkan BNI sebagai pihak yang menyalurkan pinjaman modal berupa Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) kepada plasma. Dampak kemitraan dengan perusahaan yang dirasakan petani kopi rakyat seperti lancarnya pemasaran kopi. Harapan petani kemitraan bisa kontinu dan dilaksanakan dalam jangka panjang.Kata kunci: Kopi, Kemitraan, Perusahaan, Petani Kopi Rakyat, Pola Inti-Plasma

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the farmer card program in Cabak Village, Jiken District, Blora Regency. The research sample amounted to 79 farmers who were determined using the proportional random sampling method. The research data analysis method is descriptive quantitative. The effectiveness of the farmer card program is measured based on three indicators of measuring program effectiveness, namely program success, target success and program satisfaction. The results showed that the effectiveness of the farmer card program in Cabak Village was quite effective. Serious problems that occur in the implementation of farmer card in Cabak Village are the increase in fertilizer prices and the lack of subsidized fertilizers compared to farmers' needs.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan Desa Giripurno, Kecamatan Ngadirejo, Kabupaten Temanggung, Jawa Tengah pada aspek pariwisata. Giripurno memiliki potensi wisata alam sewu namun belum bisa dikembangkan sebagai desa wisata karena terkendala pengelolaan seperti ketiadaan pengelola kelompok sadar wisata (pokdarwis), sarana prasarana serta program pendukung yang belum saling sinergi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui program kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) model kemitraan Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta selama 45 hari dengan melibatkan 20 mahasiswa. Program kerja KKN disusun dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipasi aktif kelompok masyarakat mitra yang terdiri atas: pembinaan pokdarwis, sosialisasi BUMDES, branding produk kopi, pelatihan pembuatan kostum carnival dan make up karakter, pelatihan creative post photo dan video melalui smartphone, sapta pesona, revitalisasi desa, pelatihan ecoprint, serta kegiatan pementasan. Hasil kegiatan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan dengan tingkat partisipasi 73-97% kelompok mitra terkait urgensi pengelolaan desa wisata serta penyiapan sumber daya penggerak desa wisata.Abstract: This community service activity aims to support the development of Giripurno Village, Ngadirejo District, Temanggung Regency, Central Java in the tourism aspect. Giripurno has the potential for sewu nature tourism but cannot be developed as a tourist village due to management constraints such as the absence of a tourism awareness group (pokdarwis) manager, infrastructure and supporting programs that have not been synergized with each other. This community service activity was carried out through a real work course (KKN) partnership model of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta for 45 days involving 20 students. The KKN work program is structured using an active participation approach of partner community groups consisting of: pokdarwis development, BUMDES socialization, coffee product branding, training on making carnival costumes and character make-up, creative post photo and video training via smartphones, Sapta Pesona, village revitalization, ecoprint training, as well as staging activities. The results of the activity were able to increase the understanding and skills with a participation rate of 73-97% of partner groups regarding the urgency of managing tourist villages and preparing tourism village driving resources with level of participation.

Abstract

Penyuluh pertanian sebagai ujung tombak pertanian Indonesia berperan salah satunya sebagai pusat data dan informasi. Penyuluh pertanian dituntut untuk memperluas wawasan dan kompetensi dengan mengumpulkan berbagai informasi melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di era digital, seperti media sosial whatsapp. Penggunaan media sosial whatsapp didasari oleh berbagai motif kebutuhan yang ingin dipenuhi. Motif kebutuhan yang dapat terpenuhi oleh penggunaan media whatsapp akan menciptakan suatu perolehan kepuasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesenjangan antara motif dan kepuasan dalam penggunaan media sosial whatsapp oleh penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Wonogiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis kesenjangan oleh Palmgreen dan mengacu pada teori Uses and Gratifications. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata total motif (Gratification Sought) lebih besar dari skor rata-rata total kepuasan (Gratification Obtained) yakni 44.67 (GS) > 43.43 (GO), artinya terjadi kesenjangan antara motif dan kepuasan penggunaan media whatsapp. Perbandingan skor rata-rata total tersebut membuktikan bahwa media whatsapp kurang memberikan kepuasan yang maksimal kepada penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Wonogiri.

Abstract

COOKIES FROM ORGANIC GROAT FLOUR TRAINING IN KWT BUMP PT. PENGAYOM TANI SEJAGAD. The rice milling process in addition to producing rice as the main product also other by-products in the form of broken rice or groats, rice bran or husks, and bran or bran. These by-products have not been utilized optimally by the BUMP Pengayom Tani Sejagad which is located in Kebonagung, Sidoharjo District, Wonogiri Regency. This problem is one of the challenges as well as opportunities for training related to groat processing in order to increase the added value of by-products from rice milling. This community service activity aims to provide education and skills to farmers in the Pengayom Tani Sejagad Farmer-Owned Enterprise (BUMP) in processing groats so that they have a higher selling value. The implementation method is the preparation of material handbooks, socialization of processing and innovation of processed food from groats, workshops for processing groats, packaging training, marketing of products from processing groats, and monitoring and evaluation. The service activities carried out can improve the knowledge and skills of target partners in processing, packaging and marketing groat cookies.

Abstract

The New Rice Planting Area Expansion Program (PATB) is a program from the government that was deliberately created due to the Covid-19 virus outbreak through SK (Decree) Number: 183/HK.310/C/8/2020. The purpose of the PATB rice program is to open new land for rice cultivation so that it is able to meet food needs during the Covid-19 virus. The targets of the PATB rice program are farmer groups. Social capital plays an important role in farmer groups in the implementation of the New Planting Area Expansion (PATB) program for rice. This study aims to determine the role of social capital in farmer groups in the implementation of the Rice New Planting Area Expansion (PATB) program in Polokarto Village, Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the components of social capital that develop in farmer groups in Polokarto Village, Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency include trust, social norms, social networks, leadership, mutual cooperation, and participation in networks. Social capital plays a role in the implementation of the New Rice Planting Area Expansion (PATB) program, forming social values such as trust, social norms, social networks, leadership, mutual cooperation, participation in networks so that the New Planting Area Expansion (PATB) program for rice is well implemented. Abstract

In Margorejo Subdistrict, Pati Regency, researchers sought the opinion of farmers on the IPDMIP program. (1) to find out how the farmers view the IPDMIP program, and (2) to see the relationship between the perception-forming elements and the farmers' perspective on the IPDMIP. In this study, the main data collection technique was through an interview procedure which included the use of a questionnaire. Spearman rank correlation was used to test the data. Based on the findings: 1) Farmers' perceptions of the IPDMIP program are positive, as evidenced by their perceptions of the benefits of the program, IPDMIP field school activities, and technological innovation; 2) perception-forming factors that have a significant relationship are age and formal education; 3) Perception-forming factors that do not have a significant relationship are land area, income, environment, social status, and the role of agricultural extension workers.

Abstract

Eucalyptus is a type of productive plant in the forestry sector which has a fairly important role in the essential oil industry. Farmers of Wonoharjo Village, Kemusu District, Boyolali Regency cultivate eucalyptus plants and process them into eucalyptus oil products independently. Eucalyptus farmers in Wonoharjo Village are members of the Wonolestari 1 and Wonolestari 2 Forest Farmer Groups (KTH) who are still experiencing problems in carrying out a product marketing system, especially in the utilization of communication technology. Therefore, it is necessary to assist farmers in marketing eucalyptus oil products. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education, assistance and training as an effort to increase the knowledge and skills of eucalyptus farmers in Wonoharjo Village in processing eucalyptus oil to have a high selling value by implementing online-based integrated marketing communications. The method of implementing service activities is carried out by preparing material handbooks, marketing socialization packaged through workshops, training, digital marketing communication practices with the preparatory and execution stages. The socialization activities carried out are able to increase the knowledge of eucalyptus oil farmers regarding digital marketing through several social media such as Instagram, Youtube and E-Commerce applications namely Shopee. Mentoring activities are expected to be able to increase product marketing by reaching consumers widely so that people's incomes also increase.
