Analisis Komparatif Mengenai Kinerja Karyawan Tetap dan Karyawan Kontrak Pada PT. WIS Kediri

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang manajemen sumberdaya manusia mengenai perbandingan kinerja yang dilakukan oleh karyawan tetap dan karyawan kontrak di PT. WIS Kediri. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang karyawan Tetap dan 35 karyawan kontrak. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan komparatif atau perbedaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap dan karyawan kontrak. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adal uji Independent Sample t Test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja karyawan tetap dengan kinerja karyawan Kontrak Dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari ketentuan 0,05. Nilai Mean difference (Rata-rata) antar variabel sebesar 14,754 (berasal dari 47,13 – 32,37). Nilai tersebut adalah positif, hal ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa rata-rata kinerja karyawan tetap lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan karyawan kontrak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka hendaknya perusahaan menunjukkan keseriusannya dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja agar dari pihak karyawan kontrak terus bekerja dengan baik Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Karyawan Tetap, Karyawan Kontrak. Abstract This study discusses human resource management regarding performance comparisons made by permanent employees and contract employees at PT. WIS Kediri. The number of samples is 40 permanent employees and 35 contract employees. The research approach used is a comparative or difference approach. The sample in this study were permanent employees and contract employees. The analytical technique used is the Independent Sample t Test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the performance of permanent employees and the performance of contract employees. It was proven by the value of Sig (2-tailed) of 0.000 which was smaller than the 0.05 requirement. The value of the mean difference (average) between variables is 14.754 (derived from 47.13 – 32.37). This value is positive, it can be explained that the average performance of permanent employees is higher than contract employees. Based on these results, the company should show its seriousness in conducting performance appraisals so that the contract employees continue to work well.
