Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang manajemen sumberdaya manusia mengenai perbandingan kinerja yang dilakukan oleh karyawan tetap dan karyawan kontrak di PT. WIS Kediri. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang karyawan Tetap dan 35 karyawan kontrak. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan komparatif atau perbedaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap dan karyawan kontrak. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adal uji Independent Sample t Test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja karyawan tetap dengan kinerja karyawan Kontrak Dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari ketentuan 0,05. Nilai Mean difference (Rata-rata) antar variabel sebesar 14,754 (berasal dari 47,13 – 32,37). Nilai tersebut adalah positif, hal ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa rata-rata kinerja karyawan tetap lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan karyawan kontrak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka hendaknya perusahaan menunjukkan keseriusannya dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja agar dari pihak karyawan kontrak terus bekerja dengan baik Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Karyawan Tetap, Karyawan Kontrak. Abstract This study discusses human resource management regarding performance comparisons made by permanent employees and contract employees at PT. WIS Kediri. The number of samples is 40 permanent employees and 35 contract employees. The research approach used is a comparative or difference approach. The sample in this study were permanent employees and contract employees. The analytical technique used is the Independent Sample t Test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the performance of permanent employees and the performance of contract employees. It was proven by the value of Sig (2-tailed) of 0.000 which was smaller than the 0.05 requirement. The value of the mean difference (average) between variables is 14.754 (derived from 47.13 – 32.37). This value is positive, it can be explained that the average performance of permanent employees is higher than contract employees. Based on these results, the company should show its seriousness in conducting performance appraisals so that the contract employees continue to work well. Abstract

The problem raised in this study is the lack of optimal work supervision and discipline of the state civil apparatus. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of supervision and discipline on the performance of ASN in the District Office of Responsibilitygunung, Tulungagung Regency. The study used a quantitative approach, with a population of 51 people consisting of 45 ASN and 6 Non ASN. The sample was selected as many as 45 respondents with purposive sampling method. Collecting data using a questionnaire instrument and data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential statistics through validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and research hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, the findings of the regression equation Y = 24,532 + 0,552 X1 + 0,203 X2. Based on the partial test it was found that the value was significant. t (0.004) <0.05 means that partially there is a positive and significant influence between work supervision on employee performance. Significant value. t (0.002) <0.05, which means that partially there is a positive and significant influence between Discipline on the Performance of the Officers of the District Office of Tanggunggunung Tulungagung. Simultaneously supervision and work discipline have an effect on employee performance as evidenced by the value of Fcount 23,024 > Ftable = 2,810 and the value of Sig. F of 0.010 < 0.05.

Abstract

In the modern digital landscape, micro, small, and medium enterprises face significant challenges in reaching and engaging their target customers. This quantitative research study examines the impact of social media and email marketing strategies on sales growth in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Sumenep District. It focuses on the effectiveness of social media and email marketing in the current digital era, where digital marketing strategies have become crucial for improving MSME performance and sustainability. MSME managers in the Sumenep district were surveyed using a specially designed questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using statistical methods to identify the relationships between social media use, email marketing, and MSME sales growth. The results reveal that social media strategies substantially influence MSME sales growth by increasing visibility, customer engagement, and brand awareness. However, email marketing has not significantly impacted MSME sales in the district, possibly due to limited adoption among MSME managers. This lack of adoption may be attributed to factors such as limited knowledge, resources, or the perceived effectiveness of email marketing among MSME owners in the region. The findings suggest that investing in social media marketing can be a viable strategy for MSMEs in Sumenep District to drive sales growth. Besides that, email marketing may require further education and support to increase adoption and effectiveness. This study provides insights that can help MSME owners and policymakers in Sumenep District develop more effective digital marketing strategies to enhance the performance and competitiveness of local businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine whether or not there are differences in financial performance between cigarette sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2023. This type of research uses quantitative research with a comparative method. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method and four companies were obtained. The data used in this study are secondary data using the company's annual financial reports. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Kruskal-Wallis test for non-normally distributed data and the One-Way ANOVA test for normally distributed data. The results of the study indicate that there are significant differences between the financial performance of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, PT Gudang Garam Tbk, PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk, and PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk as seen from the liquidity ratio (Current Ratio), solvency ratio (Debt To Asset Ratio), activity ratio (Total Asset Turn Over), and profitability ratio (Return On Asset).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of RejoagungMakmur Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Rejoagung Village, determine the contribution of BUMDes financial management to increasing village original income (PADes), and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in BUMDes financial performance. The method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The financial ratios analyzed include profitability and operational efficiency. The calculation results show that RejoagungMakmurBUMDes has quite good financial performance. Partial tests show that liquidity has a significant effect on village original income with a significance value of 0.010 and a contribution of 42.0%. Profitability also has a significant effect with a significance value of 0.004 and a contribution of 42.7%. Operational efficiency has a significant effect with a significance value of 0.014 and a contribution of 58.8%. Furthermore, simultaneous tests show that the three variables together have a significant effect on PADes with a significance value of 0.000 and a contribution of 67.4%. This study provides strategic recommendations for strengthening BUMDes institutions and governance in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Bakpia Masaji Kota Kediri, dengan customer trustsebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang mana data dikumpulkan melalui angket kepada 120 orang responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4, yang meliputi beberapa tahap pengujian, seperti uji validitas konvergen, reliabilitas, validitas konstruk, validitas diskriminan, R-Square, VIF, dan uji t-statistik melalui bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menyatakan brand image terbukti memberikan dampak yang positif serta signifikan dalam memengaruhikeputusan pembelian. Selain itu, promosi menunjukkan bahwa secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Brand image dan promosi berdampak positif dan signifikan pada customer trust. Namun, meskipun customer trustberpengahruh positif, dampaknya terhadap keputusan pembelian tidak signifikan. Sama halnya, pengaruh positif brand image pada keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi oleh customer trust. Promosi juga memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepercayaan pelanggan. Kata kunci: Brand Image, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian, Customer Trust
