<![CDATA[DNA based RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNA) markers have been used extensivelyto study genetic relationships in a number of fruit crops. A wide genetic diversity exists in theJatropha curcas in Indonesia. Three accession of Jatropha curcas were selected to assess geneticrelatedness.
