<![CDATA[Entrepreneurship empowerment based on religious organizations at GP Ansor Kendalrejo Petarukan Pemalang was conducted in January-April 2019 with the methods: socialization, focus group discussion (FGD), and observation. These three mentoring methods are for the process of recruiting members, fostering interest and capacity building, as well as choosing the type and place of business. The next process is to assist in establishing the type of business undertaken by Ansor cadres in the form of the establishment of the " coffe shop “Sorban" (Ansor-Banser), the madrasa canteen, and the grocery store “Sahabat Anda”. The contract used in this business is ijarah/rent for the place; profit sharing agreement with a ratio of 60-40; and ijarah/salary. The output of this activity is in the form of an entrepreneurial spirit and an entrepreneurial spirit. Also the outcome in the form of the establishment of various types of businesses that are not only economically useful, but strengthening the network of inter-cadres. Pemberdayaan kewirausahaan berbasis organisasi keagamaan pada Gerakan Pemuda Ansor Ranting Kendalrejo Petarukan Pemalang dilakukan pada bulan Januari-April 2019 dengan metode: sosialisasi, focus group discussion (FGD), dan observasi. Ketiga metode pendampingan ini untuk proses rekrutmen anggota, menumbuhkan minat dan peningkatan kapasitas, serta pemilihan jenis dan tempat usaha. Proses berikutnya adalah pendampingan pendirian jenis usaha yang dilakukan oleh kader Ansor berupa pendirian warung “Sorban” (Ansor-Banser), kantin madrasah, dan toko kelontong sahabat Anda. Akad yang digunakan dalam usaha ini adalah ijarah/sewa untuk tempat; akad bagi hasil dengan nisbah 60-40 bagi warung “Sorban”; dan ijarah/upah untuk kantin dan toko kelontong “Sahabat Anda”. Outputnya kegiatan ini beruupa tertanamnya jiwa kewirausahaan dan semangat berwirausaha. Juga outcome dalam bentuk berdirinya berbagai jenis usaha yang bukan saja bermanfaat secara ekonomi, namun penguatan jaringan antarkader.]]>
