<![CDATA[Industri farmasi merupakan perusahaan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat yang secara resmi memperoleh izin dari Menteri Kesehatan. Dalam pelaksaan kegiatannya, personel yang bekerja haruslah memadai, tidak dibebani tanggung jawab berlebih, terkualifikasi dan berpengalaman untuk menghindari risiko terhadap pembuatan mutu suatu obat. Diperlukan analisis beban kerja di dalam suatu perusahaan supaya kebutuhan personel yang terlibat terpenuhi baik dari segi kualitas dan kuantitas. Terdapat perhitungan jumlah operator yang diperlukan dan Full Time Equivalent (FTE) dalam menentukan beban kerja. Review ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi sebagai evaluasi bagaimana beban kerja di perusahaan khususnya di Industri Farmasi.
