Penerapan Metode Diskusi Terbimbing dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Hongoa Kabupaten Konawe

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) melalui penerapan metode diskusi terbimbing pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Hongoa  Kabupaten Konawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan menggunakan metode diskusi terbimbing dilaksanakan selama dua siklus. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik kelas V1 SD Negeri 1 Hongoa yang berjumlah 25 orang, terdiri dari 10 laki-laki dan 15 perempuan. Adapun langkah-langkah yang ditempuh adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode diskusi terbimbing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Hongoa  Kabupaten Konawe. Hal ini dilihat dari; ketika guru mengajar secara konvensional, ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 56%. Pada siklus I dengan menggunakan metode diskusi terbimbing ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 52% dengan nilai rata-rata 54,4 dan pada siklus II dengan menggunakan metode diskusi terbimbing ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 80% dengan nilai rata-rata 78,4.  Aktivitas guru pada siklus I terlaksana sebesar 62,5%, dan pada siklus II aktivitas guru  terlaksana sebesar 87,5%. Aktivitas siswa pada siklus I terlaksana sebesar 62,5%, dan pada siklus II aktivitas guru terlaksana sebesar 87,5%.The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of Social Sciences (IPS) through the application of the guided discussion method to grade VI students of SD Negeri 1 Hongoa Konawe Regency. This study uses a classroom action research method which is carried out using the guided discussion method carried out for two cycles. The subjects of this study were 25 teachers and students of class V1 SD Negeri 1 Hongoa, consisting of 10 boys and 15 girls. The steps taken are planning, implementing, and reflecting. The results showed that the use of the guided discussion method could improve the social studies learning outcomes of grade VI students of SD Negeri 1 Hongoa Konawe Regency. This can be seen from; when the teacher teaches conventionally, the completeness of student learning outcomes is 56%. In the first cycle using the guided discussion method the completeness of student learning outcomes was 52% with an average value of 54.4 and in the second cycle using the guided discussion method the completeness of student learning outcomes was 80% with an average value of 78.4. Teacher activity in the first cycle was 62.5%, and in the second cycle, the teacher's activity was 87.5%. Student activity in the first cycle was 62.5%, and in the second cycle the teacher's activity was 87.5%.
