Sari. Kompetisi nutrisi akibat kehadiran gulma di area pertanaman jagung (Zea mays L.) dapat menyebabkan kehilangan hasil yang signifikan pada tanaman jagung. Penggunaan campuran herbisida merupakan salah satu upaya dalam mengendalikan gulma setelah tanaman tumbuh serta menghindari pembentukan gulma yang resisten. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh herbisida Tienkarbazon Metil 68 g/L dan Tembotrion 345 g/L dalam mengendalikan gulma berdaun lebar dan gulma rumput pada pertanaman jagung. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2020 hingga Januari 2021 di Lahan Percobaan Ciparanje, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Padjadjaran, Kampus Jatinangor, Kabupaten Sumedang. Tempat penelitian terletak pada ketinggian ± 752 m di atas permukaan laut. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 7 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan percobaan terdiri dari herbisida Tienkarbazon Metil 68 g/L dan Tembotrion 345 g/L dosis 150, 225, 300, 375, 450 mL/ha, penyiangan manual, dan tanpa perlakuan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa herbisida berbahan aktif Tienkarbazon Metil 68 g/L dan Tembotrion 345 g/L dimulai dari dosis 150 hingga 450 mL/ha efektif mengendalikan gulma berdaun lebar (Alternanthera sessilis, Cleome rutidosperma, Portulaca oleracea, dan Eleusina indica), gulma rumput (Digitaria ciliaris, Paspalum conjugatum, dan Amaranthus sp.), dan gulma total hingga 6 minggu setelah aplikasi tanpa menimbulkan efek keracunan pada pertanaman jagung.Kata kunci: Gulma ∙ Jagung ∙ Tembotrion 345 g/L ∙ Tienkarbazon Metil 68 g/L AbstractNutrition competition due to the presence of weeds in the cropping area can cause a significant yield losses in maize (Zea mays L.). The use of herbicide mixtures is an effort to control weeds that have already grown (post emergence herbicide) and avoid the formation of resistant weeds. The aims of this study was to determine the efficacy of the herbicides mixture of Thiencarbazone Methyl 68 g L-1 and Tembotrione 345 g L-1 in controlling broadleaf and grass weeds in maize. The research was conducted from October 2020 until January 2021 at the Ciparanje experimental field, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor, Sumedang. The study site was located at ± 752 m above sea level. The experiment design was randomized block design (RBD) with 7 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments consisted of the Thiencarbazone Methyl 68 g L-1 and Tembotrione 345 g L-1 with the dose of 150, 225, 300, 375, 450 mL ha-1, manual weeding, and without herbicide treatment as a control. The result showed that the herbicides with active ingredients in form of Thiencarbazone Methyl 68 g L-1 and Tembotrione 345 g L-1 starting from a dose of 150 to 450 mL ha-1 were effective in controlling broadleaf weeds (Alternanthera sessilis, Cleome rutidosperma, Portulaca oleracea, and Eleusina indica), grass weeds (Digitaria ciliaris, Paspalum conjugatum, and Amaranthus sp.), and total weeds for up to 6 weeks after application without causing toxic effects on maize crops.Keywords: Weed ∙ Corn ∙ Tembotrione 345 g L-1 ∙ Thiencarbazone methyl 68 g L-1
