PENGARUH MODAL BUDAYA, PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DAN KEPRIBADIAN SISWA TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI KELAS XI IPS SMA NEGERI 1 AMBARAWA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014

Abstract

Prestasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya yaitu modal budaya, pendidikan karakter, dan kepribadian siswa. Prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa masih belum mencapai prosentase ketuntasan minimal. Terdapat 24,50% dari seluruh siswa yang belum mencapai KKM yang ditetapkan sekolah yaitu ≥76. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh modal budaya, pendidikan karakter, dan kepribadian siswa terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa Tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian sampel dengan jumlah 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan  regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, modal budaya, pendidikan karakter, dan kepribadian siswa berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 64,7%, modal budaya berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 5,85%, pendidikan karakter berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 6,56%, kepribadian siswa berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 4,75%. Learning achievement is influenced by several factors, among which cultural capital, character education, and personality of the students. Learning achievement of economic subjects in SMA 1 Ambarawa still not reached the minimum percentage of completeness. There are 24.50% of all students who have not reached the KKM set ≥76 school. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of cultural capital, education, character, and personality of the students to the learning achievement of economic subjects in class XI Social SMAN 1 Ambarawa 2013/2014 school year either simultaneously or partially. This research includes the study sample with 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous, capital of culture, character education, and personality influence the students' learning achievement by 64.7%, the cultural capital effect on learning achievement by 5.85% economic subjects, character education lesson affect the achievement of economic study at 6 , 56%, personality affect the achievement of students studying economics  lesson at 4.75%.
