PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN PENGELOLAAN USAHA KOPERASI TERHADAP PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA KOPERASI SIMPATHI DI SMP N 1 COMAL TAHUN 2013/2014

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama pada kualitas pelayanan dan pengelolaan usaha terhadap partisipasi anggota sebesar 31,5%. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi anggota sebesar 30,80%. Pengelolaan usaha berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi anggota sebesar 5,71%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh negatif dari kualitas pelayanan dan pengelolaan usaha terhadap prestasi partisipasi anggota koperasi Simpathi di SMP N 1 Comal tahun 2013/2014. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah hendaknya anggota koperasi lebih berpartisipasi aktif dalam berkoperasi sehingga dapat memajukan koperasi Simpathi, hendaknya pengurus koperasi lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dalam melayani anggota koperasi agar anggota lebih bisa berpartisipasi secara aktif demi kemajuan koperasi Simpathi, hendaknya pengurus koperasi lebih meningkatkan pengelolaan usaha koperasi agar anggota lebih tertarik untuk melakukan transaksi di koperasi. Dengan adanya hal tersebut maka partisipasi anggota akan menjadi lebih baik. The results showed that there was influence jointly between service quality and business management amounted to 31.5%. Service quality affect the participation of members of 30.80%. Business management affect the participation of members of 5.71%. The conclusions of this study is no influence of service quality and business management of the achievements of the cooperative members Simpathi participation in SMP N 1 Comal year 2013/2014. The advice given in this study are members of cooperatives should participate more actively in order to promote cooperative cooperatives Simpathi, cooperative management should further improve the quality of care in serving the members of the cooperative for the members to be able to participate actively for the advancement Simpathi cooperatives, cooperative management should further improve the management cooperative effort so that members are more interested in a cooperative transaction. Given this, the participation of members would be better.
