Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of  participative leadership and work motivation on employee performance at CV SM Works. This research was conducted by probability sampling method with a type of purposive sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 40 employee at CV SM Works. Data analysis using PLS SEM analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that participative leadership has a significant impact on employee performance and work motivation has significant impact on employee performance.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. SM Works. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 40 karyawan CV SM Works. Analsis data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
