<![CDATA[The limited information of elementary school teachers’ obstacles in implementing scientific instruction has affected on the teacher training curriculum development that supports curriculum 2013 implementation. The aim research is to get information about elementary school teachers’ obstacles in implementing scientific instruction. The research method is descriptive with questioner and interview data collection. The sample is elementary school teachers under LPMP Kalimantan Selatan couched of 3 districts. The result showed 95% teachers have obstacles to guide students in formulating observation based questions and 97% teachers have obstacles to guide students in using reasoning. The consequences is to developing teacher training curriculum that focus on improving teacher skills in guiding students to formulate observation based question and to develop reasoning skills.]]>
