This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and the volleyball smash skills of members of the Rajawali Club in Air Bening Village, Rawas Ilir District, North Musi Rawas Regency. This research method is quantitative. The analysis technIQue uses the R test. The results of this study are the results of the R test showing the value of rcount = 0.047 which is greater than rtable = 0.205. It means, partially, there is a correlation between emotional intelligence variables and volleyball skills at Rajawali Club. In conclusion, there is no significant relationship between emotional intelligence and volleyball skills of Rajawali Club members. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Volleyball Skills
