<![CDATA[Hospital Occupational Health and Safety Culture is the creation of a culture of a 5R environment that is healthy, safe, and free from hazards and risks that can increase effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. International Labor Organization in 2013 found that 1 worker in the world dies every 15 seconds due to work accidents and 160 workers experience work-related illness. The implementation of the 5R will make health services more comfortable and safe and improve the quality of the hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect from implementation of 5R (housekeeping) on ​​safety behavior in RSUD Sele Be Solu, Sorong City, and to determine the effect of implementing 5R (housekeeping) on ​​health behavior in RSUD Sele Be Solu, Sorong City. This type of research is descriptive analytic, with a quasi-experimental research method with one group pre test and post test observation design, the sample is 71 nurses. The pre and post results with the Wilcoxon statistical test obtained p value = 0.002 if compared with the value = 0.05, then p <ὰ. This shows that there is an effect of the implementation of 5R in K3 behavior towards nurses in the treatment room at RSUD Sele Be Solu, Sorong City. The conclusion that there is an effect of implementing 5R on Occupational Health and Safety of nurses in the nursing room Sele Be Solu Hospital, Sorong City, and the application of the 5R culture will make the hospital more advanced and developing so it has higher competitiveness. Suggestions are expected that nurses in the nursing room apply 5R behavior in Hospital Occupational Health and Safety to improve the care process, safety and patient comfort, and it is expected that further researchers can develop it.]]>
